Есть два решения этой ошибки:

1. понизьте версию numpy до 1.26.4

pip install numpy==1.26.4

или

pip install "numpy<2.0" 

Обязательно перезапустите ядро ​​после понижения версии numpy.

pip install opencv-python==4.10.0.84
